• Users uploading criminal content may face fines or imprisonment.

3. Image Upload and Storage

For Non-Members:

• Free usage.
• Storage Space: 100 MB.
• Maximum Image Size: 10 MB.
• Images are automatically deleted after 2 days.
• Maximum 1 image can be uploaded at a time.
• Password protection for images is not available.
• Downloading images is prohibited.

For Standard Members:

• Free usage.
• Storage Space: 1000 MB.
• Maximum Image Size: 100 MB.
• Images are stored for 365 days.
• Maximum 10 images can be uploaded at a time.
• Password protection for images is available.
• Downloading images is allowed.

For Plus Members:

• Paid usage.
• Storage Space: 1000 MB.
• Maximum Image Size: 100 MB.
• Images are stored for 365 days.
• Maximum 36 images can be uploaded at a time.
• Password protection for images is available.
• Downloading images is allowed.
• Additional Features:
  • Image compression.
  • API usage.

For Premium Members:

• Paid usage.
• Storage Space: 1000 MB.
• Maximum Image Size: 100 MB.
• Images are stored for 365 days.
• Maximum 36 images can be uploaded at a time.
• Password protection for images is available.
• Downloading images is allowed.
• Additional Features:
  • Image compression.
  • Assigning meta tag values to images.
  • API integration returns image links in BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF formats.

4. API Usage

• API is provided for automatic image upload and management.
• Misuse of API integration may lead to access restrictions.
• API integration returns image links in BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF formats based on the membership plan.

5. Direct Links and Sharing

• Each uploaded image is given a unique link that can be shared.
• Users are responsible for the use of shared links.

6. Account and Membership

• Users who create accounts can better manage their uploaded images.
• Accounts violating the terms may be suspended or permanently closed.

7. Legal Notice and Disclaimer

• PhotoURLs.com provides services "as is" and does not offer warranties.
• We are not responsible for server errors, data loss, or issues with third-party services.
• Users are responsible for inappropriate content and copyright violations.
• Inappropriate content may be removed, and accounts may be terminated based on complaints.
• In cases of illegal content, user information may be shared, and legal proceedings may be initiated.

8. Additional Terms

Submitted Content

• Content rights belong to the user, but Vivase has the right to temporarily store and modify the content.
• Submitted content is stored for a maximum of 48 hours.

Limits

• Vivase sets limits on the size and number of service requests and reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Payments

• By purchasing a product, you agree to pay Vivase the specified price.
• Payments are collected immediately upon purchase.

Renewals

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed and can be canceled at any time.
• Renewals are made at the price specified at the time of renewal.

Ownership

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license is granted to use the service during the subscription period.

Intellectual Property

• Vivase's intellectual property rights must be respected.
• All rights, titles, and interests in this property belong solely to Vivase.

Liability

• Service usage must not infringe on third-party rights.
• Users agree not to use the service in a way that disables, damages, or overloads it.
• Submitted content must not contain harmful or destructive material.
